This workshop serves a double purpose. First, we look back at the NPT Review Conference of May 2010 and evaluate its outcome. What are its achievements, what its shortcomings? What impact will it have? Second, we look to the years ahead. Which are the next steps on the way towards nuclear disarmament? What are the factors contributing to this goal? Where lie the stumbling stones? What can civil society organizations contribute towards nuclear disarmament? What do we expect from Governments?
